Yoga
for you

" wellness comes into being

when there is stillness "

In today's fast-paced world, we're constantly filled with stimuli, demands, and distractions. Our minds race, our bodies tense, and we often feel disconnected from ourselves. True wellness, however, isn't found in the chaos, but in the quiet moments between the noise. It blossoms in stillness.

Together if we believe that stillness is the way to profound well-being. Then the sessions are designed to guide you on a journey inward, helping you cultivate a sense of calm amidst the storm of daily life. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, I will create a welcoming and supportive environment where we can together explore.

What does stillness mean?

It's more than just the absence of movement. It's a state of being where the mind quiets, the body relaxes. It's in these moments of stillness that we can:

  • Reconnect with ourselves: We can tune into our inner wisdom, understand our needs, and discover a deeper sense of self.

  • Release stress and tension: Yoga postures, breathwork help to alleviate physical and mental stress, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • Cultivate mindfulness: By focusing on the present moment, we can learn to observe our thoughts and emotions without judgment, fostering greater self-awareness.

  • Enhance overall well-being: Regular practice can lead to improved physical health, increased mental clarity, and a greater sense of balance and harmony in our lives.

I, Rupesh offer a variety of sessions from Hatha, Restorative yoga to Interactive sessions. Each session incorporates elements of

  • Asana (postures): To strengthen and stretch the body, promoting flexibility and balance

  • Pranayama (breathwork): To regulate the breath and calm the nervous system

  • What styles of yoga do you teach?
I teach a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Restorative, and Pranayama. I'm experienced in adapting poses and sequences to suit everyone and I can also offer modifications for specific needs or injuries.
  • What can I expect in your classes?
My classes focus on building a strong foundation through posture correction, flexibility, and proper alignment. Expect a warm-up, a series of poses, a cool-down, and a final relaxation, all within a welcoming and inclusive environment. I also encourage interaction and questions throughout the class.
  • What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Yoga pants, leggings, shorts, and t-shirts are all good options. We will be practicing barefoot. Please bring a yoga mat. I have a few extra mats available, but it's best to bring your own if you have one. You may also want to bring a water bottle.
  • What is the class schedule?
To ensure flexibility and cater to everyone's needs, I don't have a set class schedule. Please call or message me to discuss your availability, and we can arrange a time that works best for both of us. I'm happy to work with your schedule
  • What is the pricing?
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. My classes are offered on a donation basis. This allows you to contribute what you feel is appropriate, based on your experience and financial circumstances. If you are unable to contribute financially, please don't hesitate to join – your presence is welcome! My goal is to share the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible
  • What are your qualifications and experience?
I am a certified yoga instructor. I completed my training at Samyak Yoga and AYM Yoga and am certified in YTT 200 and YTT 300. I have been practicing yoga for three years and am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others.
  • Why did you become a yoga instructor?
Yoga has been a transformative practice for me personally. It's not just about the physical benefits, but also the mental and emotional wellbeing it brings. I discovered that I loved sharing my practice with friends and family, and that inspired me to become an instructor. I wanted to create a space where others could transform themselves that yoga has brought to my life."
