I, Rupesh  practicing yoga since 2022, and certified in 500 hr TTC from Yoga Alliance offer a variety of programs and sessions from Hatha, vinyasa & Restorative yoga to Interactive sessions for overall wellbeing. Typical Yoga session incorporates elements of 

  • Asana (postures): To strengthen and stretch the body, promoting flexibility and balance

  • Pranayama (breathwork): To regulate the breath and calm the nervous system
